1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or attending Rockstar Summit 2026 (the “Event”), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, we kindly ask that you refrain from attending.
2. Ticketing & Payment
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets may be transferred to another person with written notice to the organizer at least 14 days before the Event.
The ticket grants entry to the sessions, activities, and amenities specified in the purchased ticket tier.
3. Event Program & Changes
The Event schedule, speakers, and sessions are subject to change without prior notice.
The organizer reserves the right to substitute speakers, adjust topics, or change session formats for reasons beyond our control.
No partial refunds will be issued for changes in the program.
4. Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. By attending, you agree to:
Treat all participants, speakers, sponsors, and staff with respect.
Refrain from disruptive, discriminatory, or harassing behavior.
Comply with all venue rules and instructions from staff.
Violation of this policy may result in removal from the Event without refund.
5. Photography, Video & Media Consent
The Event may be photographed, recorded, or live-streamed.
By attending, you grant the organizer the right to use your image, voice, and likeness in any promotional or educational material, without compensation.
If you wish to avoid being recorded, please notify the registration desk upon arrival.
6. Liability & Assumption of Risk
Attendance is at your own risk. The organizer, venue, sponsors, and partners will not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property.
You are responsible for your own belongings and travel arrangements.
7. Force Majeure
If the Event is postponed, canceled, or modified due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, venue unavailability), we will:
Offer a ticket transfer to the rescheduled date; or
Provide credit toward a future event.
Refunds will not be issued unless required by law.
8. Health & Safety
Attendees must comply with any health protocols (masking, distancing, vaccination proof, etc.) in effect at the time of the Event.
The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove attendees who fail to follow health guidelines.
9. Intellectual Property
All Event content (slides, recordings, materials) is protected by copyright.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use Event materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
